Position Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals for the role of Detectives and Criminal Investigators to contribute to AI training projects. This is a remote hourly contract position based in Canada with compensation ranging from $50 to $100 per hour. The expected commitment ranges from 10 to 40 hours each week.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine crime scenarios and investigative procedures to support the development of AI datasets.
• Evaluate case files, evidence, and investigative approaches to provide practical insights.
• Work closely with engineering and data science teams to enhance AI tools focused on investigation processes.
• Produce clear documentation of investigation methods for training purposes.
• Offer expert knowledge on complex criminal cases including narcotics and fugitive investigations.
• Detect deficiencies in AI comprehension of law enforcement practices and suggest enhancements.
• Engage in team meetings to exchange knowledge and uphold quality standards.

Essential Qualifications

• Substantial background in criminal investigation or law enforcement roles.
• Demonstrated capability to execute investigations governed by federal, state, or local laws.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical aptitude for assessing evidence and documenting investigations.
