Special Education Teacher - Preschool (Remote)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Special Education Teacher specializing in preschool education to join us on an hourly contract basis, working remotely. This role involves evaluating AI-generated educational content for preschool special education and providing expert feedback to enhance AI understanding and teaching accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess AI-created educational materials based on your expertise in preschool special education.
• Offer comprehensive written evaluations and suggestions to refine the AI's grasp of teaching methods, terminology, and best practices.
• Contribute to the creation and curation of classroom scenarios and instructional resources tailored for preschool special education.
• Support the advancement of AI models to ensure they accurately reflect inclusive teaching techniques and practical classroom requirements.
• Verify that AI training materials comply with current special education standards, regulations, and individualized education program (IEP) criteria.
• Communicate insights clearly through written and oral means to aid AI model enhancement.
• Advocate for inclusive learning by recognizing diverse learner needs and appropriate adaptive strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• Certified or licensed Special Education Teacher with practical experience in preschool settings.
• Deep knowledge of IEPs, early intervention frameworks, and inclusive education strategies.
• Proven skills in classroom management and adaptive instructional approaches.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to critically evaluate instructional content for accuracy and adherence to best practices.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting utilizing digital tools.
• A passion to contribute your hands-on teaching expertise towards the advancement of AI educational training.
