Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager and Shift Leaders in ensuring courteous and timely service to patrons.
• Prepare menu items following Guzman y Gomez's specific procedures and standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to ensure quality product delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient English communication skills, especially for non-native speakers.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and thrive in a high-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy including learning Point of Sale (POS) and EFTPOS systems.
• Familiarity with Australian currency, payment processes, and loyalty programs.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with patience and eagerness to assist customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach with willingness to learn and enthusiasm.
• Strong teamwork spirit and communicative skills.
• Self-driven with continuous motivation to stay active and engaged.

Prior experience in customer service or food preparation is advantageous but not mandatory; the right attitude holds the utmost importance.
