- Prepare and serve food by hand following the restaurant’s standards.
- Help maintain a friendly, customer-focused atmosphere.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to keep service running smoothly.
- Learn cooking and station-specific tasks through provided training.
- Contribute to consistent, high-quality guest service.
What the company offers
- Tuition assistance of up to $5,250 per year.
- Complimentary food during shifts.
- Paid time off.
- Holiday closures at some locations, depending on the restaurant.
- Competitive pay.
- Both full-time and part-time opportunities.
- Clear advancement pathways, with many managers having started as Crew members.
What you should bring
- A positive, welcoming, and energetic attitude.
- Genuine interest in serving customers and supporting teammates.
- Willingness to learn food preparation and cooking tasks.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Ability to communicate in the main language or languages used at the workplace.
Pay information
The hourly pay range for this position is CAD 18.25 to CAD 19.25, with the final rate depending on skill, experience, education, and local wage and hour laws.
Additional information
This is a continuous hiring posting, which may be used for current or future staffing needs at the stated location or for upcoming restaurant openings in the local area.
