Role overview

As a Crew Member, you will help deliver a welcoming guest experience while learning to work across several restaurant stations. Chipotle offers training for multiple areas, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. What you will do

• Support day-to-day restaurant operations across different stations as needed.
• Prepare and serve food by hand following the restaurant’s standards.
• Help maintain a friendly, customer-focused atmosphere.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to keep service running smoothly.
• Learn cooking and station-specific tasks through provided training.
• Contribute to consistent, high-quality guest service.

Pay information

The hourly pay range for this position is CAD 18.25 to CAD 19.25, with the final rate depending on skill, experience, education, and local wage and hour laws.
