Role Overview
This position offers the chance to build a long-term career in a restaurant environment. Team members are trained to work across multiple stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. The company places strong emphasis on hospitality, teamwork, and making food by hand each day without freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
Applicants from many backgrounds are welcome, including people with experience as a dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook, as well as those new to the industry.
What the Job Involves
You will help prepare food, support customer service, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Training is provided so you can confidently handle different station duties and grow within the organization.
