Key Responsibilities
- Carry out risk and credit operations for assigned transactions adhering to established underwriting and risk management principles, ensuring sound portfolio quality.

- Maintain high-quality documentation and accurate data entry in the Loan Origination System (LOS).
- Ensure swift collection of post-disbursal documentation within stipulated timelines.
- Implement and comply with Maker-Checker frameworks, ensuring minimal audit observations and timely resolution of any findings.
- Support collection efforts by monitoring delinquent accounts, escalating complex cases, and liaising with customers to reduce portfolio risk and minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).
- Report suspected fraud cases to the Risk Monitoring team and regional risk heads promptly.
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance underwriting and risk assessment capabilities, improving technical expertise in legal documents and property norms.
- Maintain effective coordination with internal stakeholders to facilitate resolution of complex or exceptional cases.

It requires up-to-date knowledge of varying state regulations, business practices, and regulatory guidelines to minimize risks while enabling growth.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should hold a Chartered Accountant degree or an MBA in Finance with 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in banking, NBFC, or housing finance sectors.
