Credit Card Sales Executive

About the Role

SBI Payment Services Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting for the position of Credit Card Sales Executive to promote SBI Credit Cards in Tamil Nadu. The role involves direct selling at nearby malls and retail outlets within a 5 km radius across multiple cities including Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Tirunelveli, and Erode.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively sell SBI Credit Cards to customers.
• Clearly communicate the benefits and offers associated with the credit cards.
• Meet straightforward monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualification ranging from 10th standard to any degree, including ITI and diploma holders.
• Applicants must be aged between 18 and 30 years.
• Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
• Mandatory training of 3 days with full attendance required.
• Applicants should bring Aadhaar card, PAN card, resume, and UAN if available.

Working Conditions and Benefits

• Work schedule: 6 days a week with Friday to Sunday mandatory working days, and one weekday off.
• Shift timings: Either 10 AM to 7 PM or 11 AM to 8 PM.
• Location is onsite at retail locations mentioned.
• Two paid leaves allowed per month.
• Dress code: Formal - white shirt, black trousers, and formal shoes.
• Salary structure: Monthly take-home pay between ₹17,000 and ₹25,000 plus Provident Fund and Employee State Insurance.
• Performance incentives up to ₹50,000 based on results.
• Salaries are disbursed on the 5th of every month.
