Role overview

This remote position is based in Australia and is being advertised on behalf of a partner organisation that will handle all applications and the rest of the hiring process. The opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys helping creators turn ideas into durable, revenue-producing businesses.

In this role, you will work where customer success, commercial strategy, and monetisation meet. You will support creators from onboarding through launch, growth, and long-term retention, acting as a trusted advisor on offer design, pricing, audience engagement, and revenue improvement. The position involves managing a portfolio of high-value creators, partnering with internal teams, and using data to guide decisions that strengthen client outcomes and business growth.

This is a high-impact role for a person who is comfortable owning outcomes, leading strategic conversations, and supporting entrepreneurs as they scale.

Key accountabilities

  • Oversee a group of premium creators and support them across onboarding, launch, monetisation, retention, and wider business growth.
  • Advise creators on packaging their offers, setting pricing, growing their audience, improving funnel performance, and increasing revenue.
  • Run periodic business reviews and growth-oriented consultations to help clients make measurable progress.
  • Keep an eye on customer health indicators, engagement trends, renewal signals, and expansion opportunities throughout your portfolio.
  • Build and improve playbooks for onboarding, launch, and retention so customer success processes are repeatable and scalable.
  • Spot upsell and expansion opportunities through proactive commercial conversations and account planning.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to surface customer insights and enhance the overall experience.
  • Record progress, maintain success plans, and help creators make effective use of platform features and new product capabilities.
  • Act early on risk signals and reduce churn through structured planning and ongoing relationship management.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, account management, or another client-facing role focused on revenue outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise customers on growth, monetisation, revenue strategy, or commercial performance.
  • Good working knowledge of the creator economy, digital products, online businesses, or personal brand development.
  • Confidence handling renewal, retention, and expansion conversations while preserving strong client relationships.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management ability, along with sound emotional intelligence.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to read performance data and turn it into practical recommendations.
  • Experience preparing success plans, managing customer portfolios, and driving measurable business results.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot and customer health monitoring approaches.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, high-growth, fully remote environments.
  • Bonus value is given to candidates with experience building a personal brand, launching digital products, coaching creators or entrepreneurs, understanding NRR and expansion metrics, or discussing integrations, automations, and backend workflows.
