Creator Strategy & Operations Manager, Emerging Verticals - TikTok Operations

Team Overview

The Emerging Verticals team focuses on building and expanding initiatives that increase the supply of high-quality creators across new and rapidly growing content categories in North America. The role supports the point where product adoption meets creator growth, helping creators discover, adopt, and continue getting value from TikTok tools and features.

What You’ll Do

• Lead creator programs from initial strategy and planning through delivery and performance review, working with a high level of independence.
• Work closely with the Product team to simplify program workflows and make them easier to scale.
• Analyze program data to identify issues early and create solutions before they turn into blockers.
• Share clear, regular updates with stakeholders on program results, trends, and important insights.
• Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional partners such as Product, Communications, Legal, and Design.

What We’re Looking For

Candidates should bring deep experience in program management, marketing, or a closely related area, along with a strong understanding of the creator economy and direct experience working with creators. Comfort using data tools, dashboards, self-serve systems, and basic querying is important for making informed decisions. Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed for collaboration across different levels of the organization. The ideal person demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, proactively identifies gaps, and takes action to resolve them.

Preferred Background

Experience with creator product adoption programs is a plus, as is a background in product operations or product program management. Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position in the selected city is 103360 to 209380. Compensation may differ based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. In addition to base pay, the role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits can vary depending on employment type and work location, but may include medical, dental, and vision insurance starting on day one, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays each year, 10 paid sick days per year, and 17 days of paid personal time prorated at hire with increased accruals based on tenure.
