Role Overview
This position sits within the German Content Operations team, which works with major creators, broadcasters, and digital publishers in Germany to grow content on TikTok and strengthen the overall quality of what appears on the platform.
The job is focused on partner-facing work: leading growth initiatives, supporting a portfolio of creators and publishers, improving performance, and helping increase the volume of high-quality content shared on TikTok.
What You Will Do
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with a diverse portfolio of creators, public figures, and publisher accounts across top, mid-tier, and long-tail segments, offering guidance that helps them succeed.
- Improve account results by spotting growth opportunities, raising content output, boosting engagement, encouraging product usage, and increasing the overall value of the platform for partners.
- Find promising creators, public figures, and publishers, then bring them into the ecosystem through focused outreach and incentive-based engagement.
- Make sure creators and partners actively take part in global, regional, and local programs by increasing awareness, driving adoption, and supporting continued participation.
- Help shape and execute approaches that expand monetization possibilities and other forms of value for creators and publishers, supporting long-term growth.
- Encourage strong use of TikTok tools and features by giving practical, partner-specific recommendations and strategic support.
- Serve as the Germany market specialist by collecting feedback and insights from creators and publishers, identifying patterns, pain points, and opportunities that can improve products and programs.
- Coordinate with central, regional, and cross-functional teams to align strategy, contribute to business reviews, and help deliver shared objectives.
- Support strategic partnerships, including content acquisition and collaborations with leading creators, public figures, and publishers to improve content depth and user experience.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Direct experience in creator management, partner relationships, or a comparable role.
- A solid grasp of the digital content environment and how creator ecosystems operate.
- Professional fluency in German at C2 level and English, with the ability to work effectively with local market partners.
- Confidence working with data and performance metrics to guide decisions.
- Proven ability to work independently while handling several projects at the same time.
- Understanding of the local market and its cultural context.

- Background in launching and growing content programs in fast-moving environments.
- Experience collaborating across global teams and adapting to cross-cultural ways of working.
