Role overview
This position sits within the Global CSR function and focuses on developing partnerships that expand the company’s social impact efforts across markets. The selected hire will work with creators, nonprofits, civil society groups, and broader community stakeholders to deliver programs that support fundraising, community initiatives, and sustainability-related impact. The role reports to the Global Head of Product Impact.
What you will do
- Create and run the worldwide strategy for creator and partner engagement within the Social Impact & Sustainability team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with creators across the platform to back social impact campaigns, nonprofit fundraising efforts, and community-focused initiatives.
- Own partnership development from start to finish with nonprofits, civil society organizations, industry partners, and community stakeholders, ensuring joint programs align with the organization’s main social impact priorities.
- Help regional teams grow local creator and partner networks so global programs can be adapted to each market’s needs.
- Coordinate creator and partner involvement in global campaigns and events, including briefing, logistics, and results monitoring.
- Handle partnership negotiations, oversee partner budgets, and measure return on investment for creator and partner spending.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate has direct experience in creator partnerships, business development, nonprofit partnerships, or influencer marketing. They should understand short-form video creator ecosystems, creator economy trends, and nonprofit collaboration models. A strong record of building partnerships that produced measurable impact or business results is important, along with excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication abilities.
Preferred background
It is an advantage to already have relationships with creators and nonprofit partners in multiple regions. Experience at a social platform, creator agency, or international nonprofit is helpful, as is prior work on creator-led campaigns or social impact programs. Familiarity with fundraising, cause marketing, corporate philanthropy, and collaboration across global teams will also be valuable.

Compensation and benefits
The annual base pay for this role in the selected city is between $102,400 and $174,800. Actual compensation may differ based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base salary is only one part of the overall package, and the role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits can vary depending on the employment type and work country, but may include medical, dental, and vision insurance from day one; a 401(k) with company match; paid parental leave; short- and long-term disability coverage; life insurance; wellbeing benefits; 10 paid holidays each year; 10 paid sick days each year; and 17 days of paid personal time, prorated at hire and increased with tenure.
