Role Overview

We are seeking a Creative Strategist focused on social media growth, distinct from a conventional Social Media Manager role. This position centers on developing strategic content that regularly engages millions. The strategist will be responsible for crafting viral-ready content through insightful analysis and creative foresight, especially within Instagram and TikTok platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement comprehensive growth strategies for Instagram and TikTok.
• Conduct daily research on trending viral content and adapt successful concepts to align with the brand and its audience.
• Analyze top-performing competitor content to understand the success factors behind them.
• Examine audience interactions on viral posts to uncover emotional triggers, concerns, objections, questions, and drivers of engagement.
• Transform these insights into innovative content ideas tailored to the brand's identity.
• Develop and present multiple hook options per video and recommend the most promising for initial testing.
• Leverage historical content data to refine hooks, narrative flow, and content structure continuously.
• Experiment with various hooks, opening sequences, thumbnails, captions, and calls-to-action to optimize engagement.
• Review content analytics weekly and offer strategic, data-backed recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with the content creator on brainstorming, planning, and content refinement prior to production.
• Establish scalable processes that support ongoing enhancement of content effectiveness.

Success Metrics

Your primary objective is to produce, edit, and fine-tune highly viral content. Each piece should maximize viewer reach through strong strategy, captivating hooks, compelling stories, understanding of audience psychology, and consistent iteration. Key questions guiding your approach include:

• How can the hook be made more impactful?
• What improvements increase viewer retention?
• What would encourage users to share the content?
• What elements prevent the audience from scrolling past?
• How can content outshine competitors' efforts?

The ultimate goal is to establish a top-tier personal brand in the longevity, wellness, and lifestyle sectors by producing widely viewed, saved, shared, and discussed videos.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Demonstrable experience contributing to creator accounts with over 1 million followers, specifying your role.
• In-depth knowledge of Instagram and TikTok algorithms.
• Expertise in crafting hooks, storytelling techniques, audience psychology, and retention strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Experience collaborating directly with content creators and personal brands.
• Ability to discern patterns in viral content and generate original ideas accordingly.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position is $4000 USD.
