We are searching for a Creative Strategist who works 100% remotely to craft compelling ads that truly sell, not just generic content. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee different brands daily across multiple niches, refine your skills, and work with full flexibility on your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep audience research to understand target groups and identify what truly motivates them, developing high-impact ad angles.
• Design testing processes and strategies to experiment with various ad formats, hooks, and offers, from fake podcasts to UGC and meme styles.
• Create persuasive direct response copywriting scripts tailored for TikTok and Meta ads aimed at driving not only clicks but sales.
• Collaborate with video editors by providing feedback to ensure the ads meet your creative vision.
• Analyze ad performance data, identify successful strategies, and continuously optimize campaigns for better results.
• Stay current with new trends and formats, integrating fresh ideas that differentiate campaigns and improve effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Between 1 and 2 years of experience in creative strategy for Meta and TikTok ads, either within an agency setting or an ecommerce brand; alternatively, strong talent demonstrated by a compelling portfolio.
• Proven direct response copywriting expertise with the ability to write scripts that effectively convert.
• A blend of creativity and performance-driven mindset, passionate about testing new ideas while keeping ROI top of mind.
• Self-motivated with capability for independent work, consistently seeking continuous improvement.
• A team-oriented approach coupled with a good sense of humor, willing to collaborate closely in a supportive, results-focused environment.
