Role Overview
This internship sits within the Creative Project Management team for the Sportstyle business unit in Herzogenaurach. The position supports the coordination of global campaign creative work, helping keep timelines, workflows, resources, and communication aligned across internal teams and external partners.
What You Will Do
- Assist the Project Management team with the daily coordination of global Sportstyle campaign creative plans, including schedules, workflow tracking, resource coordination, and communication.
- Act as a support contact for the business unit, internal creative services, outside agencies, and other internal or external stakeholders involved in the projects.
- Help leadership stay informed with regular status updates so projects remain on schedule.
- Prepare and maintain planning documents, meeting materials, recap notes, deliverable trackers, and presentations.
- Support the handling of creative project workflows for assigned initiatives, including reporting.
- Coordinate feedback processes for creative KPIs across major campaigns with global and regional counterparts.
- Maintain and update project data in the ASANA project management tool.
- Check marketing campaign guidelines for quality before they are released globally to markets.
- Support the production team with products and samples needed for photo and video shoots.
What We Are Looking For
- You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree, such as Marketing, International Business, Sports Management, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- You have a genuine interest in project management and sportstyle.
- You communicate well in English, both spoken and written.
- You are confident using MS Office.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat is an advantage.
- You bring a strong sense of organisation, work independently, and communicate clearly.
- You are committed, flexible, collaborative, creative, and attentive to detail.
Additional Information
The internship starts on 01.09.2026 and runs for 6 months.
