Accountant - Accounts Payables

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately review, verify, code, and post invoices promptly.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and relevant tax laws.
• Collaborate with suppliers and departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Carry out, oversee, and support payment cycle processes.
• Maintain and reconcile supplier accounts consistently.
• Manage supplier communications and handle reminder notices effectively.
• Support financial close activities at month-end, quarter-end, and year-end periods.
• Generate reports, conduct analyses, and perform financial reconciliations.
• Participate in improving and automating finance and accounts payable workflows.
• Assist with internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed training as an accountant.
• Relevant finance and accounting experience preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with SAP R/3 and SAP S4/Hana is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in German and English languages.
• Ability to work independently with a structured approach.
• Strong commitment, flexibility, service-oriented mindset, reliability, and team collaboration skills.
