About the Role
As a Creative Producer within Google's Search Marketing team, you will orchestrate the creation of impactful brand stories and integrated campaigns that reflect Google's global presence. Positioned centrally in the marketing division, your mission is to translate creative briefs into well-executed projects while balancing imaginative ambition with practical production considerations. This role involves managing diverse projects ranging from broadcast commercials and documentaries to social media content and physical exhibits like Google I/O installations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the entire production process, establishing detailed workback schedules and aligning complex creative workflows.
- Serve as the main contact point for external agencies and production collaborators, overseeing project intake, scope definition, timeline management, contractual agreements, and budget control.
- Collaborate closely with internal Product Marketing Managers and creative teams to convert strategic briefs into detailed and actionable production plans.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior producers to maintain high-quality output across all deliverables.
- Balance operational rigor with creative flexibility to uphold Google's quality standards amidst dynamic industry trends.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years managing projects from concept to delivery; preference for candidates with 8 years of experience.
- Proven experience using AI productivity tools to tackle multifaceted challenges and optimize workflows.
- Skilled in managing external partnerships, including negotiating scopes of work and managing budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across creative, product, and brand marketing teams.

Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary ranges from $141,000 to $206,000 USD, with an additional 15% target bonus, equity options, and comprehensive benefits.
