Role Overview

The Creative Print Coordinator will support the production and coordination of print materials from prepress through printing and shipment. This role also helps manage creative inputs, presentation materials, schedules, expenses, and travel while working closely with agencies, designers, freelancers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the flow of print production work from prepress through final printing and delivery, helping keep the process organized and on schedule.
  • Provide agencies with the imagery, photography, and footage required to develop creative assets, including unit photography, special shoots, and stock assets.
  • Support creative meetings and presentations by staying current on strategy, requested revisions, and production updates, then passing along the right creative direction to agencies, designers, freelancers, and internal teams.
  • Step into junior designer tasks when required, using graphic design skills and tools such as Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
  • Help arrange and coordinate photoshoots and other special assignments.
  • Monitor expenses and assist in keeping budget records current.
  • Organize executive travel, including air travel, lodging, and ground transport.
  • Join brainstorming sessions when needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in entertainment, ideally with a marketing or post-production agency background.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with partners at every level, both inside and outside the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, highly flexible self-starter who can succeed in a fast-moving and demanding environment.
  • Working knowledge of deliverable requirements and technical specifications for static and video files.
  • Practical experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with Final Cut, Premiere, or similar tools is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Availability to work onsite four days per week, Monday through Thursday, with Fridays remote and occasional onsite flexibility as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of digital video file types and static asset formats.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected pay range for this Burbank, CA role is $54,000 to $72,300 annually, based on a 40-hour workweek. Scheduled hours may change depending on business needs. Actual pay may vary based on internal equity, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be included, along with the company’s full benefits package, which may cover medical, financial, and other offerings depending on the level and position.
