Role Overview
The Creative Marketing Design Specialist is an important member of the Creative team and serves as a central point of coordination for sales, activation, events, and performance optimization groups. The position involves handling several moderately complex projects at once while keeping deliverables aligned with business goals and AEG brand standards. Success in this role depends on close cross-functional collaboration and the ability to produce polished, effective creative assets.
Key Responsibilities
This role focuses on creating high-quality recap materials, presentations, and branded assets that support Global Partnerships and other AEG business units. The specialist will work with internal partners to transform strategy, data, and business needs into visually compelling communication materials.
- Create engaging recap decks and marketing presentations using Figma, InDesign, Ceros, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Work with Sales and Activation teams to understand partnership objectives and convert them into strong visual assets.
- Collect, structure, and present content clearly while keeping all work consistent with AEG and Global Partnerships brand rules.
- Apply established recap development practices to produce timely materials that support partnership business goals.
- Build and maintain templates, graphics, and other branded design elements for use across marketing and sales channels.
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to develop charts, graphs, and visual storytelling elements for recaps, proposals, and presentations.
- Take part in bi-weekly Global Partnerships Creative Team meetings and coordinate with creative teams across AEG divisions to exchange ideas and design best practices.
- Maintain the Global Partnerships asset library by organizing files, managing versions, updating resources, and ensuring easy access for internal and external users.
- Train and support Sales and Activation teams on how to use creative assets effectively.
- Refresh collateral regularly so materials stay accurate, useful, and aligned with evolving business and brand needs.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Background in creating posters, logos, infographics, photography-related work, video production, and web design.
- Experience collecting and documenting business requirements.
- Proven ability to produce sales and marketing collateral, presentations, digital graphics, and branded assets for multiple platforms.
- Experience working within a corporate brand environment or under detailed brand guidelines, especially in fast-moving or client-facing settings.
- Advanced skills in Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Ceros, PowerPoint, and Illustrator.
- Strong organization, prioritization, problem-solving, strategic thinking, multitasking, attention to detail, and deadline management skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to present information simply and clearly while maintaining a strong visual style aligned with AEG and Global Partnerships brand identity.
- Understanding of research, marketing, and copywriting fundamentals and how they support sales and client service.
- Interest in emerging media and current design trends.
- A design or marketing certification is preferred.
- A digital portfolio link is required for consideration.
