Role summary
This is a full-time, on-site franchisee position based in Cork, Ireland. The selected person will take ownership of CrEd’s educational delivery in the region, overseeing drama-led learning, creative workshops, and customized programs that address local community needs.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver creative education programs within the assigned region.
- Lead drama-based learning, workshops, and other bespoke educational activities.
- Manage local teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support outreach and promotion through local marketing and networking efforts.
- Work with schools, community groups, and organizations to build participation and partnerships.
- Organize events and maintain delivery standards aligned with CrEd’s methods and expectations.
- Help grow the franchise by developing engagement in the local market.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate brings experience in teaching, training, or facilitating creative educational programs. A strong background in drama, public speaking, storytelling, or related creative fields is valuable, along with clear verbal and written communication. The role also calls for someone who can organize well, lead teams confidently, and manage events and programs carefully. Familiarity with local marketing, business development, and operations is important for expanding the franchise. A proactive attitude, enthusiasm for creative learning, and commitment to the CrEd mission are essential.
Preferred education and experience
A degree in Education, Performing Arts, Business, or a related discipline is preferred. Experience in franchise operations or early learning environments will be considered an advantage.
