About the Role
We are seeking a Creative Director to spearhead the development of compelling creative concepts that accelerate growth within the Business Marketing division. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with marketers, producers, and researchers to ensure a cohesive visual identity and messaging across all marketing channels. This leadership role demands a strong ability to align creative strategies with business objectives and measurable performance results, backed by proven success in creating performance-driven campaigns. The role requires managing teams and agencies in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and contributing hands-on creatively when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate extensively with creative agencies and personally contribute to generating innovative ideas for diverse marketing platforms.
- Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Communications Planning, Organic Social & Influencer, and Media—to synchronize and influence business initiatives.
- Lead and shape creative concepts across ongoing marketing campaigns to ensure they align with brand strategy and business goals.
- Utilize data from past campaigns and market trends to guide creative planning and decision-making.
- Employ AI and generative AI technologies as tools for creative brainstorming and production.
- Offer constructive feedback and strategic guidance to external agencies and internal teams to maintain high-quality creative output, including guiding creative testing plans to maximize effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry advancements, emerging technology, and advertising best practices, integrating them into work processes.
- Motivate, empower, and energize a creative team, fostering a productive and inspiring work atmosphere.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 12 years of experience in creative direction, marketing, advertising, or editorial leadership.
- Proficiency in using AI and generative AI tools for ideation and creation, supported by a portfolio demonstrating concept-driven, results-oriented campaigns.
- Experience leveraging data and insights to inform creative strategies.
- Skilled in presenting creative ideas and campaign plans to diverse stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Proven capacity to collaborate effectively with agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities related to advertising campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously, balancing shifting priorities and various stakeholders.
- Expertise in Figma, Generative AI tools, and Adobe Creative Suite (including Firefly).
- Experience crafting direct response-oriented creative content.
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising Art Direction, Digital Design, Visual Design, or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Continuous development of AI skills including prompt engineering and orchestration, with ongoing attention to emerging AI technologies.
- Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere, and Media Encoder.
- Commitment to ethical AI use, including bias mitigation, risk assessment, and quality control.
- Track record of integrating AI tools to enhance workflows, resulting in measurable improvements such as efficiency or quality gains.
- Experience creating and evolving design systems and brand languages adaptable across multiple products and global markets.

Compensation
The salary for this role ranges from $177,000 to $248,000 annually, plus bonuses, equity, and other benefits. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits are offered in addition to base pay.
