Position Overview
Jeny Jewels is hiring an experienced Creative Director to lead the overall visual and brand direction of the company. The role is focused on shaping creative strategy, defining visual identity, and guiding design execution so that every brand touchpoint stays consistent, polished, and aligned with business growth.
Applicants with backgrounds in jewelry, luxury products, fashion, or similar industries will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the creative department’s overall direction and long-term planning.
- Build, refine, and execute creative strategies that support the brand’s visual story.
- Set and maintain brand identity standards to keep creative output consistent.
- Lead the development of creative concepts for campaigns and product launches.
- Work in close coordination with marketing, product, and sales teams.
- Track market and industry trends and adapt creative direction as needed.
- Guide, coach, and support the creative team.
- Make sure all assets reflect the brand’s positioning and image.
- Manage outside creative partners and agencies when required.
- Take on additional related responsibilities assigned by the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 8 years of experience in creative, design, or branding roles.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in people management.
- Strong grasp of brand strategy, visual design, and creative workflows.
- Excellent communication and cross-team coordination skills.
- Ability to think conceptually and solve problems effectively.
- Capability to lead projects independently and deliver within deadlines.
- Proficiency with design software and other creative tools.
Preferred Profile
- Experience with international branding or luxury jewelry design.
- Prior work in creative direction and brand identity development.
- Familiarity with digital design tools and creative platforms.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates creative leadership.
- Experience collaborating across functions and managing projects.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
- Background in team building, mentoring, and performance management.
- Strong analytical thinking along with creative problem-solving ability.
Additional Information
