Key Responsibilities

  • Managing case logistics to ensure timely and well-organized hearings by providing the judiciary and involved parties with essential information and support.
  • Delivering excellent customer service by responding confidently to inquiries through face-to-face, telephone, and email communication regarding court-related matters.
  • Traveling within the Waikato Courts region as necessary, which requires holding a full, clean New Zealand driving licence.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills critical for maintaining precise case records and process adherence.
  • Self-awareness and adaptability, with confidence working independently and collaboratively across various scenarios given the unique nature of court participants.
