Job Overview
This role involves courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages along an assigned route while ensuring all shipments meet FedEx Canada's service standards. The position requires providing customer service related to shipments and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect packages courteously and efficiently on designated routes.
- Verify shipments comply with Federal Express Canada service conditions.
- Perform related customer service duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Capable of lifting 70 lbs and maneuvering packages up to 150 lbs using appropriate equipment.
- At least one year experience in customer service or business environment.
- Successful completion of mandatory pre-placement driver assessments.
- Some familiarity with FedEx Canada operations and Canadian customs regulations is preferable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service aptitude.
- Ability to multitask, manage stress, and perform well in high-pressure environments.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including holidays as business needs dictate.
Additional Information
- Work location is primarily home-based in the Sept-Îles area.
- This is a full-time role.
- Hourly wage is $25.00 per hour.

- For Quebec residents, bilingual fluency in French and English is mandatory.
