About the Company
The organization offers a collaborative AI workspace that brings knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools into a single environment so teams can work with greater speed, clarity, and less fragmentation. It is used by individuals, small teams, and large enterprises alike.
Employees are encouraged to act as the first users of the product and help shape the future of work. The culture emphasizes strong craft, durable work, and the idea that effective work remains fundamentally human, even in an AI-driven era.
About the Role
This contractor position supports the APAC regional marketing function by helping plan and run programs across Australia and New Zealand, with events as the main focus. The role is centered on creating in-person community experiences for users and customers across different company segments.
You will work closely with APAC and A/NZ marketing colleagues, as well as global marketing, sales, and customer success partners, to deliver events that align with regional priorities and provide high-quality content and experiences for customers, prospects, and partners.
Key Outcomes
- Develop and strengthen communities across students, professionals, startups, enterprise customers, and business leaders in Australia and New Zealand.
- Plan and run market-level field and community initiatives that bring the brand experience to life.
- Create engaging experiences for users through multiple event formats, including digital events, meetups, third-party events, and company-owned events.
- Manage planning, delivery, and performance tracking for all programs from start to finish.
Skills and Experience Needed
- At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong enthusiasm for field and experiential marketing, with an understanding of how different event types serve different goals.
- Proven experience delivering events and experiences that create customer delight and business impact.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong project management discipline, including the ability to work effectively across time zones.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with structured execution while handling multiple programs at once.
- Interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes, even without being an AI specialist.
Preferred Background
- Experience in a fast-moving B2B technology environment.
- Familiarity with the company’s product and its value for businesses.
- Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Splash, Luma, Airtable, and Tableau.
Additional Notes
- This is a 12-month contractor engagement with potential to be extended or converted.
- Some local travel may be required.
- Occasional after-hours work may be needed around event dates.
