- Drive local ecosystem engagement through community, startups, and strategic partnerships.
- Establish and promote Notion’s brand as the public representative at media, events, and executive meetings.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure customer success.
- Identify and capitalize on regional growth opportunities through proactive engagement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building businesses from the ground up, thriving in ambiguous settings with high initiative.
- Technical aptitude in AI and Notion product demonstrations, capable of engaging technical audiences effectively.
- Well-connected within Singapore’s startup, venture capital, community, and media sectors.
- Expertise in creating sustainable partner ecosystems and programs rather than one-off events.
- Comfortable representing the company publicly, engaging in press, podcasts, conferences, and conversations with executives and founders.
- Strong collaboration skills for measurable go-to-market strategies with clear tracking and follow-up processes.
- Proven leadership in building and managing sales teams that consistently achieve revenue goals.
- Data-oriented approach to goal-setting, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 10 years in professional roles related to sales, business development, or market expansion, including at least 3 years in managerial positions.
- Experience managing markets in Southeast Asia, including startup, mid-market, and enterprise sectors.
- Ability to manage and excel in fast-paced, early-stage business environments.
- Strong customer empathy with a focus on revenue growth.
- Fluency in English; additional regional languages are advantageous.
Preferred Attributes
- Background in high-growth SaaS or AI companies operating within Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in regional languages such as Mandarin or Malay.
- Experience in selling or advocating productivity, collaboration, or developer tools.
- History of founding or scaling community-driven or product-led growth initiatives.
- Curiosity and willingness to integrate AI tools for enhanced work efficiency, without necessarily being an AI expert.
