Role Overview

This position involves engaging directly with customers to guide them in their product choices, demonstrating cookware features, and ensuring high sales performance.

Key Duties

• Greeting customers warmly and helping them select suitable cookware products.
• Showcasing cookware items by explaining their characteristics and advantages.
• Meeting daily and monthly sales targets consistently.
• Promoting additional and complementary products to increase sales.
• Managing billing, handling cash, UPI, and card payments with precision.
• Ensuring the showroom is tidy, merchandise is well-displayed, and stock levels are maintained.
• Assisting in inventory audits and restocking items as required.
• Addressing customer questions professionally to provide a positive shopping experience.
• Adhering strictly to company standard operating procedures and upholding excellent customer service standards.

Candidate Profile

• Educational background of at least 12th grade completion; graduates are preferred.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in retail, showroom, or counter sales roles.
• Proficiency in Tamil communication is essential; knowledge of English is an added benefit.
• Basic familiarity with computer operations and billing systems.
