Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and coach your team to exceed sales goals through constructive feedback and motivation.
- Foster excellent relationships with both customers and colleagues.
- Deliver personalized skincare consultations and services.
- Create and execute business plans to meet sales targets and promote Liz Earle offers and in-store promotions.
- Complete the comprehensive 12-month Skin School development course awarded by the company.
- Maintain an attractive and organized counter presentation to display Liz Earle products effectively.
- Represent and embody the Liz Earle brand values consistently.
Requirements
- Genuine enthusiasm for skincare and the Liz Earle brand.
- Proven experience in leading and motivating teams, nurturing development, ensuring performance, and celebrating success.
- Exemplary customer service skills, welcoming and empathizing with customers at all times.
- Ability to manage business plans, achieve sales targets, and monitor team performance.
- Keen interest in continuous learning to deepen skincare knowledge and service quality.
Additional Advantage: Experience applying skincare products during customer consultations is valued.
Compensation
The role offers a salary range from 27,121 to 30,506 annually, with part-time remuneration calculated on a pro-rata basis depending on location.
