Job Summary
Eye Gear is seeking a dedicated Counsellor to join our Jaipur location at Jamnalal Bajaj Marg, near Bagadia Bhawan, C Scheme, Ashok Nagar. Candidates aged 18 and above are encouraged to apply. This opportunity is open to freshers, with a preference for female applicants.
Primary Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual monthly business targets consistently.
- Ensure customers receive the correct products and oversee timely order delivery.
- Manage company assets and stock at the sales counter; be accountable for damages or losses.
- Maintain positive relationships with doctors, hospital staff, and management to support business operations.
- Address customer concerns promptly and keep your reporting manager informed about such issues.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures strictly.
- Keep the sales counter decor attractive and organized at all times.
- Work towards achieving goals set by the Reporting Manager.
