Qualifications

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in digital communications, social media management, editorial planning, or a closely related area. The ideal candidate has managed high-profile corporate or leadership social accounts and has experience building active online communities within a complex global organization.

Strong copywriting, editing, and content development skills are important, along with the ability to adapt messaging across social channels and formats such as video and static creative. Candidates should also be able to organize and simplify complex workflows, maintain strategic content calendars, and manage relationships across multiple stakeholders. Experience with enterprise-grade publishing, governance, and analytics tools such as Sprinklr and Adobe Experience Manager is expected.
