Corporate Sales Manager - Leisure, Entertainment, and Hospitality

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to spearhead business development initiatives within the leisure, entertainment, and hospitality sectors across the UAE. This role involves fostering partnerships with corporate clients, governmental organizations, hotels, banks, airlines, and event management companies primarily based in Dubai. The appointment is on a 12-month contract basis with the possibility of extension. Candidates must possess a valid UAE driving licence and have personal vehicle access.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and cultivate new corporate business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key corporate clients and accounts.
• Promote corporate ticket sales, employee benefit programs, and partnership ventures.
• Drive MICE-related activities including corporate events, conferences, team-building exercises, and venue reservations.
• Secure sponsorship deals, branding possibilities, and loyalty program partnerships.
• Conduct meetings, deliver presentations, negotiate agreements, and perform consistent client visits.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and reliably meet or exceed revenue goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales within the UAE market.
• Background in hospitality, tourism, attractions, events, or similar industries is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in initiating new business and attaining sales objectives.
• Possession of a robust network of corporate contacts in the UAE is beneficial.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license and have access to a personal vehicle.
