About the role

This position is for a proactive corporate sales professional who has experience selling HRMS solutions to business clients. The role calls for someone who understands HR operations, can present HR technology effectively, and is comfortable handling the full B2B sales journey from first contact to closing.

What you will do

  • Research, identify, and evaluate mid-sized and enterprise prospects for HRMS offerings.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and explain the business value of the platform to HR leaders and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the complete sales process, including lead generation, demos, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with CHROs, HR heads, CXOs, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Consistently meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals while keeping the sales funnel active.
  • Coordinate with product and implementation teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
  • Record sales progress in CRM tools and keep reporting accurate and up to date.

Other requirements

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in HRMS or B2B HR technology sales.
  • Good knowledge of HR functions such as ATS, payroll, attendance, onboarding, learning and development, and performance management.
  • Strong verbal communication, demo delivery, and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to handle cold outreach, inside sales, and enterprise-level pitching.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
  • Experience selling SaaS products to mid-sized or large enterprises is a plus.
  • A network among HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and staffing partners is advantageous.

Compensation and benefits
