Corporate Recruiter - US Staffing

Overview

This role is for a Corporate Recruiter focused on US staffing for internal hiring needs. You will be part of a driven recruitment and sales environment, helping the organization expand by identifying, screening, and recommending candidates for positions across the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, and interview candidates for internal hiring requirements in the US and Canada.
• Use job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and other channels to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Carry out preliminary screening calls to confirm details such as qualifications, availability, and expected compensation.
• Develop creative sourcing approaches that extend beyond standard recruitment methods.
• Generate referrals through both internal contacts and external networks.

Experience Needed

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate recruitment supporting US and/or Canada hiring.
• Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, targeted selection, and inventive sourcing.
• Strong work discipline, reliability, and a consistent record of performance.

Skills and Working Style

• Strong ability to source candidates using Boolean search techniques.
• Comfortable using social platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn for recruitment outreach.
• Negotiation skills combined with the ability to persuade and sell opportunities effectively.
• Highly organised, energetic, and accountable with a strong drive to deliver results.
• Able to manage several open roles at the same time.
