Role Overview

This position is open exclusively to candidates residing in the United States who are either U.S. citizens or hold valid U.S. work authorization. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in East Denver four days a week with Fridays being remote, a schedule which is non-negotiable.

As a Corporate Recruiter focused on finance-related roles, you will oversee the full recruitment cycle, collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify and secure top talent. This is a strategic role ideal for someone thriving in high-volume recruitment contexts who prioritizes an excellent candidate experience and contributes to successful hiring across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for professional and management-level roles, primarily within Finance, Accounting, and Treasury.
  • Work alongside hiring managers to craft effective sourcing and hiring plans.
  • Efficiently handle a high volume of open requisitions while ensuring quality and timely hires.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate applicants thoroughly.
  • Organize interview schedules, facilitate candidate communications, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding.
  • Cultivate strong internal partnerships by offering consulting and recruiting advice.
  • Guide hiring managers in recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and current market insights.
  • Provide mentorship to junior recruiters and support complex hiring challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records and track recruitment progress through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Analyze recruitment metrics regularly to refine hiring processes and improve candidate experience.
  • Contribute to employer branding and develop talent pipelines.

Essential Qualifications

  • Between five and eight years of complete cycle corporate recruiting experience.
  • A demonstrated ability to manage a heavy workload of 20 to 25 simultaneous requisitions.
  • Specialized recruitment experience in Finance, Accounting, and Treasury roles.
  • A track record of partnering effectively with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Strong skills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation.
  • Expertise recruiting for both professional and management-level positions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A confident, proactive, and relationship-oriented recruiting style.

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Experience in mentoring or coaching junior recruiters.
  • Background recruiting Director-level candidates alongside senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Understanding of recruiting metrics and strategic workforce planning.
