Role overview

This is a remote recruiting role focused on managing the full hiring cycle. The position is structured as a full-time commitment and offers a pay rate of $60 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Own the hiring process from start to finish, including sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer handling.
• Develop and nurture talent pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
• Run initial candidate evaluations to judge experience, suitability, and alignment with the team culture.
• Work closely with hiring managers to clarify job needs, interview flow, and selection standards.
• Monitor recruiting performance indicators such as time-to-fill, pipeline size, and conversion rates.

Candidate profile

• Proven background in full-cycle recruitment, either in an agency setting or within an internal talent team.
• Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
• Ability to handle several open roles at the same time while staying organized and prioritizing well.
• Experience working with ATS platforms and standard recruiting workflows.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
