Overview

We seek a skilled Recruiter to join a rapidly expanding construction firm based in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in construction recruitment and will be instrumental in leading the end-to-end hiring process for both construction and corporate roles. This role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including creating job postings, sourcing talent, conducting interviews, managing offers, and facilitating onboarding logistics.
  • Design and implement effective sourcing approaches to attract top-level construction professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, senior leadership, and HR teams to accurately assess staffing requirements.
  • Handle several requisitions and candidate flows simultaneously to meet hiring demands.
  • Arrange interviews ensuring candidates progress smoothly through recruitment stages.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with passive job seekers, building talent pipelines for current and upcoming vacancies.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date candidate and job information within the applicant tracking system.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics, proposing improvements to enhance hiring speed, effectiveness, and quality.
  • Ensure candidates experience a respectful and professional recruitment process throughout.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Minimum three years’ experience in full lifecycle recruitment specifically within the construction industry.
  • Background in managing recruitment in fast-scaling or high-volume environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
  • Capacity to juggle multiple open roles and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering effectively with senior leadership and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organizational capability, keen attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite at the Atlanta headquarters.
