Role Summary
This position is for a legal professional who can support corporate legal work, handle contracts, and help the organization stay aligned with applicable regulatory and industry requirements.
Responsibilities
- Advise the business on corporate legal matters and support day-to-day legal decision-making.
- Prepare, examine, and negotiate contracts and related commercial documents.
- Ensure the company remains compliant with applicable regulations and industry standards, especially those relevant to IT services companies.
Compensation
The stated pay range is INR 4,50,000 to INR 7,00,000 per year.
