About the role
Join AIDA Cruises as a Corporate Housekeeper and become part of an international shipboard team where collaboration and service quality are central to everyday work. This position is based on board the fleet and starts as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities
- Review and assess housekeeping operations across the fleet to improve workflows, safeguard service standards, and stay within budget targets.
- Prepare conceptually for the launch and entry into service of new vessels.
- Study existing structures and daily procedures and further develop them with the goal of delivering the highest possible guest satisfaction.
- Draft, refine, and monitor housekeeping standards as well as briefing and training materials.
- Provide technical training to onboard staff on the ships.
- Carry out market research relevant to the area and help select suitable housekeeping products.
Profile and qualifications
The ideal candidate has completed training in hospitality or hotel management and brings either professional and leadership experience in hospitality or several years of housekeeping experience in a supervisory role. Experience managing an international crew, preferably on international cruise ships, is highly valued.
Strong English skills in both speaking and writing are essential, along with solid knowledge of hotel-related procedures such as USPH (US Public Health). You should be confident using Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, as well as hotel-specific software.
This role also calls for extensive willingness to travel, tactful communication, a polished professional presence, flexibility, a strong service mindset, and a high sense of responsibility.
