Role Summary

This contract opportunity is for a corporate finance professional who can provide remote support in strategic financial decision-making. You will help guide business choices with sound analysis, ensure financial compliance, and contribute insights on funding structure and investment prospects.

Core Responsibilities

Create and update financial models that assist with planning and informed decision-making.
Build and deliver forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis reports for senior leadership.
Carry out due diligence for possible investments or acquisition targets.
Make sure financial activities align with accounting standards, tax rules, and internal procedures.
Work with teams across the business to improve financial outcomes and reduce risk exposure.

Required Experience and Skills

At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or a closely related area.
Strong capability in financial modeling, valuation methods, and data analysis tools.
Good working knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting expectations.
Ability to communicate complex finance topics clearly to different stakeholders.
Experience operating in a fast-moving, international business environment.
