About the Role

Mercury Training Center is seeking skilled and motivated freelance vocational trainers based in Qatar to conduct professional training sessions in diverse subject areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and interactive training workshops and seminars.
• Adapt and tailor training curricula to align with the specific needs of clients.
• Lead group discussions, collaborative workshops, and practical exercises.
• Evaluate participant comprehension and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare and submit necessary training documentation and reports in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working as a trainer or instructor.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Proficiency in delivering training sessions in English; knowledge of Arabic is considered a plus.
• Possession of relevant academic credentials or professional certifications in training or related fields.
• Prior experience in corporate training is highly desirable.
