Corporate Communications Manager

Overview

We are working with a prominent Abu Dhabi-based group to hire a Corporate Communications Manager. This role suits a communications specialist who has handled both employee-facing and public-facing communications and is eager to contribute within a senior corporate setting. The position involves helping guide messaging across a wide range of businesses and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation and rollout of corporate communications plans.
• Oversee communications activities aimed at both internal teams and external audiences.
• Prepare and refine press materials, leadership messages, speeches, presentations, and other corporate content.
• Work closely with senior leaders to keep messaging aligned, clear, and effective.
• Assist with media engagement and reputation-building efforts.
• Design compelling internal communication initiatives that boost employee connection and alignment.
• Track the effectiveness of communication efforts and suggest ways to improve them.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in corporate communications, strategic communications, public relations, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience gained in professional services, corporate advisory, consultancy, or a communications agency is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage both internal and external communication streams.
• Excellent writing, editing, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Strong command of English is required.
• Arabic is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Candidates should already be in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate and work there full time.
