Position Overview

We are looking for a driven Corporate Business Analyst to join our team and collaborate closely with stakeholders in Finance, Procurement, and Asset Management domains, as well as project leads. This role serves as the crucial link between business requirements and technical implementation to enhance corporate workflows efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with domain owners to identify pain points and improvement opportunities within the ERP system.
• Review current corporate service procedures and recommend process optimization strategies.
• Draft functional specifications from business needs for technical teams and vendors.
• Fulfill the business-technology liaison role by coordinating system enhancements with technical experts.
• Manage ERP system administration, including user access control and troubleshooting system issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to stakeholders to maximize the benefits of ERP system updates.

Qualifications & Experience

• A bachelor's degree in fields such as Accounting, Finance, Accounting & Information Systems, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent knowledge.
• Practical experience in corporate business domains like Financial Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Supply Chain and Logistics, or Asset Management is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to use technology to enhance digital transformation and streamline processes.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or other automation technologies is advantageous.
• Strategic thinking capabilities, aligning user requirements with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including presentations.
• Strong analytical skills to address complex challenges with creative solutions.
• A collaborative mindset to work with diverse stakeholders and adapt to shifting priorities.
