Corporate Ambassador - Luxury Retail

Role Overview

We seek a refined and client-centric Corporate Ambassador to join our team, ideally someone with experience in luxury retail who excels at providing outstanding customer service while upholding the brand’s esteemed image with confidence and professionalism.

Primary Duties

• Greet and assist clients to ensure a professional and premium customer experience.
• Act as the brand's representative through excellent communication, polished grooming, and appearance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee efficient client handling and reduce wait times.
• Manage client inquiries through various communication methods including phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Process client requests accurately in alignment with company protocols and service standards.
• Keep detailed and organized records, trackers, and reports related to operations.
• Support daily front-office activities maintaining consistently high service levels.
• Attend and represent the company at corporate events when required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Between one and two years of luxury retail experience.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Outstanding grooming and professional presentation.
• Proficient customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Capable of multitasking and thriving in a dynamic environment.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English language.
• Residency within the United Arab Emirates is required.

Work Schedule and Additional Details

• The role involves a five-day working week including alternate Saturdays.
• Shift schedules are rotational.
• There are currently no night shifts; however, flexibility to work night shifts in the future is necessary, aligning with a potential 24/7 operational model.
