  • Quickly escalate developing social or reputational risks.
  • Coordinate site visits, inspections, and formal engagements with Legal, HSE, and Operations teams.
  • Maintain clear records of correspondence and engagement activity.

Community engagement and license to operate

  • Take part in planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring community development and CSR initiatives aligned to company strategy and community priorities.
  • Assist with partnerships involving community organizations, implementing partners, and NGOs to support positive social impact and effective delivery.
  • Help assess community project outcomes and capture lessons learned for reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Track promises made to communities and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Support community meetings, forums, and consultations.

Operational support and reporting

  • Provide administrative support for corporate affairs activities, including records management, scheduling, and internal coordination.
  • Prepare periodic stakeholder engagement and community project reports for management review.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives involving HR, Operations, HSE, and Legal.

  • Carry out work only under approved procedures, permits, and risk assessments.
  • Keep the workspace clean and orderly to reduce accident risks.
  • Dispose of waste and hazardous materials correctly to reduce environmental impact.
  • Use required personal protective equipment properly and consistently.
  • Identify, report, and where possible correct unsafe behaviors, unsafe conditions, and environmental risks.
