Role Overview

This position supports HR systems and people data operations, with a strong focus on accuracy, reporting, and process improvement. The role is based in Dubai at City Walk and is suited to someone who enjoys working with systems, data, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

HR Systems Management

  • Keep employee information current across HR platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Protect the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all HR data.
  • Assist with testing, rollout, and enhancement activities related to system upgrades.

Data and Reporting

  • Prepare HR reports covering metrics such as headcount, attrition, and onboarding.
  • Support the creation of dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Track data quality issues and correct mismatches or errors.
  • Help manage onboarding and offboarding processes within HR systems.
  • Maintain clear HR process notes and standard operating procedures.
  • Look for ways to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

User Support

  • Serve as the initial contact for questions about HR systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve straightforward system-related issues.
  • Guide HR team members on how to use the systems effectively.

Compliance and Governance

  • Follow data privacy standards and internal policy requirements.
  • Support audits and data verification exercises.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a similar field is required.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or a data-focused role is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to HR platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is an advantage.
  • Applicants must have a UAE Family Book.
  • Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets is needed.
  • The role calls for excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.
  • An analytical approach and strong communication skills are important.
  • Ability to manage confidential information responsibly is essential.
