Role Overview
MAC Cosmetics North America is hiring a diligent and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to provide essential support to their Marketing, Go-To-Market (GTM) & Retailer Marketing, and Consumer Engagement teams. This role demands strong organizational skills with responsibilities spanning inventory management, vendor relations, marketing coordination, and event support.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management systems to maintain precise tracking and availability of marketing and event supplies.
- Handle purchase orders for vendors and ensure the invoicing process is efficient and payments are made promptly.
- Manage orders for No Charge products.
- Maintain the supply closet by categorizing, labeling, and restocking assets to facilitate easy access for the team.
- Process Price forms for new and current products to support marketing initiatives.
- Organize and monitor Non-Product List (NPL) marketing samples and submit Mix of Business re-categorizations as necessary.
- Coordinate the issuance of the monthly NPL calendar.
- Ship product samples and complimentary items to vendors and retail partners.
- Maintain comprehensive VM assortment Excel files, tracking assortment changes, suggested retail price changes, and final product details.
- Coordinate with VM teams for prototype and production phases, including preparation of tester samples, and ensure packaging files are uploaded as required.
- Support biannual retail partner meetings by managing product and supply orders, room arrangements, shipments, and catering needs.
- Manage product and sample reservations related to consumer engagement.
- Retrieve and upload marketing materials from the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to media platforms to ensure on-time and brand-consistent delivery.
- Assist in the execution of press events by managing guest lists, RSVPs, onsite coordination, and media follow-ups post-event.
- Facilitate influencer and media mailer projects by coordinating packaging, personalization, and timely dispatch logistics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proficient with intermediate Excel functions including VLOOKUP, IF statements, conditional formatting, and pivot tables.
- Extremely well-organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to work independently while effectively multitasking.
- Experience with spreadsheet data entry and eCommerce operations.
- Previous exposure to marketing, public relations, or retail team environments.
Work Arrangement and Compensation
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), with a hybrid work model requiring onsite presence 3 to 4 days weekly, and remote work on remaining days. The candidate must be available during Eastern Standard Time business hours.
The annual salary range is approximately $60,424 to $95,186, varying based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to the base pay, the position may qualify for a discretionary annual bonus and benefits including health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, paid leave, education programs, and more.
