Role and Responsibilities
- Preparing fresh ingredients and organizing the kitchen workspace while ensuring proper storage protocols, enabling a clean and efficient start to each shift.
- Assisting in the preparation of both cold and hot dishes with a focus on quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Collaborating closely with the entire kitchen team and service staff, contributing effectively whether during à la carte service or breakfast hours.
- Maintaining compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP), working carefully, methodically, and responsibly.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training in cooking or equivalent experience gained through a career switch with some professional practice.
- Passion for food, cooking, and creative meal preparation.
- Strong teamwork skills, high motivation, and an organized approach to work.
- Reliable, responsible, and dependable work ethic.
- Proficiency in German is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
