Control Room Manager (Camera Monitor)

Role Overview

The Control Room Manager (Camera Monitor) is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh. This role entails vigilant monitoring of surveillance camera feeds and management of control room systems to uphold security and operational efficiency across assigned facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Constantly observe live camera footage to detect suspicious or unusual behavior.
• Report incidents promptly and maintain thorough documentation of events and responses.
• Collaborate with the front office and field personnel to support smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Address customer or internal queries professionally and manage access or reservation requests when necessary.
• Keep detailed logs and records to support operational transparency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in control room operations including camera monitoring and incident documentation.
• Excellent communicator, capable of liaising effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong customer service aptitude to manage inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism.
• Experience handling reservation or access management systems and performing related administrative duties.
• Background in front desk or reception, including managing calls, visitors, and routine paperwork.
• Ability to maintain focus and composure in high-pressure situations, coupled with keen situational awareness.
• Basic technical knowledge related to surveillance equipment, computer systems, and common office software.
• Previous involvement in security, facility management, or control room operations offers a competitive edge.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent; supplementary security or operations training is advantageous.
