Job description

Role overview

The Contribute & Grow Partner role is centered on bringing the global Grow & Contribute agenda to life locally. In this position, you will embed people processes into everyday operations, help leaders make informed decisions through analysis and insights, and strengthen capability through coaching, training, and development support. The objective is to turn global frameworks into workable local practices that improve employee experience, team performance, and development outcomes.

This is a hybrid position based at the New York Support Office and reports to the People Business Partner.

What you will do

You will be responsible for helping shape and execute people processes, improving adoption, and supporting leaders and HR teams with practical guidance. Your work will connect global standards with local needs while keeping the original intent intact.

  • Support the rollout and consistent use of global Grow & Contribute processes by integrating them into daily operations and tailoring them where needed for local relevance.
  • Serve as the local expert for Grow & Contribute, helping leaders, HR Business Partners, and HR Generalists confidently use people processes and tools.
  • Act as the link between global design and local execution by representing local realities while preserving shared principles and ways of working.
  • Coordinate, adapt, and deliver learning initiatives that meet local needs and support broader development strategies.
  • Ensure performance development and learning activities are connected to business goals and organizational priorities.
  • Track how well processes are working through data and feedback, then turn findings into improvement actions and provide input to global HR specialists and subject-matter experts.
  • Assist the Head of People or People Manager with analysis and specialist insight to support people strategy, prioritization, and future planning.
  • Assess leadership performance and identify development needs using data and observations.
  • Strengthen people and leadership capability through training, coaching, and practical enablement so leaders can use the processes independently over time.
  • Offer tailored coaching to managers to help them build specific skills and improve performance.
  • Lead leadership development activities based on local business needs.
  • Coach people leaders on goal setting, performance measurement, and improvement plans.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring a relevant university degree and hands-on experience working with people processes in complex settings with multiple stakeholders. You should be comfortable turning global frameworks into practical local solutions without losing consistency or intent.

  • A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience implementing and enabling people processes in complex environments with multiple stakeholders, including responsibility for adoption and results.
  • Ability to convert global frameworks into locally workable solutions while maintaining alignment with the original design.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with leaders and HR partners to build capability, influence behavior, and support lasting change.
  • A data-driven, improvement-focused mindset with the ability to use insights to improve execution and impact.
  • Strong skills in facilitation, communication, and collaboration, with the confidence to work independently across functions, markets, and regions.

Additional information

This role is described as a hybrid position based in New York, NY.
