Overview
We are searching for a skilled Contracts Administrator to become a key part of a respected residential construction team delivering exceptional luxury homes throughout Sydney and the Central Coast. This role offers the chance to work on bespoke high-end residential developments valued as high as $20 million, collaborating alongside project and construction teams to maintain superior quality standards.
Key Duties
- Oversee commercial and contractual administration for luxury residential projects from procurement until completion.
- Handle contracts, change orders, progress payment claims, and payment scheduling.
- Draft and review agreements for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Manage procurement processes and subcontractor package coordination.
- Track project costs, budgets, and produce financial reports.
- Address variations, time extensions, and maintain contractual correspondence.
- Provide support on commercial issues to project managers and on-site teams.
- Maintain accurate project records and documents.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Contribute to successful delivery of projects up to $20 million in value.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience as a Contract Administrator within residential construction.
- Background working on luxury, bespoke, or high-end residential projects.
- Experience managing construction projects valued between $10 million and $20 million or more.
- Solid understanding of construction contracts, change orders, procurement procedures, and cost management.
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong commercial insight.
- Proficient communication and negotiation skills.
- Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively with project and site teams.
- Professional, organized, and proactive work style.
