Contract Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a Contract Specialist to work on a contract basis remotely. The role involves creating and reviewing various legal agreements to ensure they meet current legal standards and industry norms, contributing high-quality documents for an AI training project.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and deliver exemplary templates, samples, and annotated versions of agreements including Master Service Agreements, Lease Agreements, Intellectual Property Licensing Agreements, Marketing Agreements, and other Licensing Agreements.
• Ensure all contracts reflect up-to-date legal standards, industry best practices, and are suitable for practical commercial application.
• Provide well-organized, high-quality contract documents that will support an AI training dataset.
• Maintain clear and professional communication both verbally and in writing to define project requirements and clarify deliverables.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with hands-on experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Familiarity with standard commercial contracts such as MSAs, lease agreements, intellectual property, and marketing contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and precision in contractual language.
• Proven capability to adapt or create legal documents that address real-world business needs effectively.
• Experience working remotely with a strong ability to manage assignments independently.
• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure legal compliance and adherence to best practices in contract preparation.
• Interest or experience in legal operations, technology, or AI-enabled platforms is advantageous.
